I just went to XMRadio.com and see no evidence that this is temporary.

Am boggled. I don't mind - it's always nice to have a comfort-music backup plan when all my other stations are playing Come on Eileen, anything by Fleetwood Mac or John Cougar Mellencamp.
But it is odd.. I mean, there is a lot of AC/DC music out there, but is there really enough to support a 24/7 station?

Seems like peeps would get tired of any one-band stations! I guess that's the beauty of XM.

A couple years ago during the holidays "The System" (the techno channel) was replaced by the Christmas music channel. I wondered why they picked System for the replacement -- I think the overlap between techno listeners and Christmas music afficionados would be fairly low. But, that only lasted a month and then The System came back.
Or is that already happening?
The thing about the AC/DC songs that I do know... I never seem to get sick of them. I suppose this will be put to the test :) Ask me in a month!
